What is IAAP?

The International Association of Administrative Professionals (IAAP) is the world’s largest association for administrative support staff, with 600 chapters and 40,000 members and affiliates in 66 countries worldwide. IAAP works to build a professional image of administrative professionals in the workplace. IAAP is open to all persons working in secretarial and office administrative positions, along with business educators, students, firms and educational institutions.

IAAP has members in most Fortune 500 companies, hundreds of mid- to small-sized businesses, educational institutions, nonprofit organizations, and federal, state, and local government agencies. IAAP works in partnership with employers to promote professional excellence and lifelong learning.
